血清MMP-9水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系。方法:在Cochrane library、PubMed、CBM、维普、CNKI和万方数据库中检索关键词,如MMP-9、颈动脉粥样硬化、斑块稳定性等词,检索时限均从建库至2016年12月,全面收集血清MMP-9水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性相关的病例对照研究,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入6个研究927例行Meta分析,结果显示:斑块不稳定组血清MMP-9明显高于斑块稳定组[MD=100.67,95%CI(83.82,117.53),P<0.000 01],差异具有统计学意义;斑块稳定组血清MMP-9明显高于无斑块组[MD=102.62,95%CI(92.98,112.25),P<0.000 01],差异具有统计学意义。结论:血清MMP-9水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性显著性相关。Objective:To systematically review the correlation between the level of serum matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9)and the stability of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques.Methods:By retrieving some keywords,such as MMP-9,carotid atherosclerosis,Plaque stability and other words in the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang data from published up to December 2016,we got some case control studies about the correlation between the level of serum MMP-9 and the stability of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques,then meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Among the 6 studies,927 participants were included,all studies were case control studies.The results of meta-analysis showed that,the serum MMP-9 of the unstable plaque groups was higher than stable plaque groups,and the difference was statistically significant[MD=100.67,95%CI(83.82,117.53),P<0.000 01];the serum MMP-9 of the stable plaque groups was higher than non-plaque groups,and the difference was statistically significant[MD=102.62,95%CI(92.98,112.25),P<0.000 01].Conclusion:The level of serum MMP-9 is significantly related with the stability of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
