摘　　要：脑血管病主要包括出血性疾病和缺血性疾病,临床常以手术治疗及药物干预为主要治疗手段。近年来,随着基因治疗逐渐成为研究热点之一,该治疗手段在脑血管病方面也已取得一定的进展。本文概述了目前国内外基因治疗与预防的最新进展情况。Cerebrovascular diseases mainly include cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction,and the clinical treatment and drug intervention are the main treatment methods.In recent years,the gene therapy has gradually become one of the hot spots of research,and the treatment of cerebrovascular disease has made some progress.This article summarizes the recent progress in gene therapy and prevention.
