摘  要:肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)作为肿瘤微环境中的主要细胞类型,其生物学特性具有来源、表型和功能异质性,通过产生和分泌各种趋化因子和促进上皮间充质转化,从而促肿瘤生成、增殖、侵袭和转移。CAFs可介导肿瘤干细胞支持肿瘤产生及增殖,促使肿瘤细胞放疗抵抗。CAFs还可通过旁分泌外泌体,增强肿瘤的生长和能诱导放疗抵抗。大分割放疗应用于CAFs,可诱导CAFs表达衰老表型发生变化,促肿瘤能力下降,为临床肿瘤的放疗带来新契机。Tumor-associated fibroblasts(TAFs)as the main cell types in the tumor microenvironment,with the biological characteristics of origin,phenotypic and functional heterogeneity,producing and secreting a variety of chemokines,which facilitate the epithelial-mesenchymal transition,thus promote the tumor generation,proliferation,invasion and metastasis.CAFs play a key role in mediating CSCs to support tumor genesis and proliferation and resist radiotherapy.Furthermore,CAFs can also secrete exosome,enhancing tumor growth and inducing radiotherapy resistance.The application of high-dose radiotherapy to CAFs can induce the expression of the aging phenotype in CAFs and decrease the tumor promoting ability,bringing new opportunities for the clinical radiotherapy.
