摘 要:下颌髁突软骨是一种继发性软骨,它的生长改建方式有别于长骨软骨、肋骨软骨等原发性软骨。作为口颌系统的重要组成部分之一,下颌髁突软骨对口腔颌面部的生长发育、功能发挥及美观均有关键作用。随着近年来软骨组织工程学的发展及对颞下颌关节疾病的多方面研究,从基因水平、分子水平探讨下颌髁突软骨生长改建影响因子的研究越来越全面、深入。其中,基因水平对髁突软骨的影响备受研究者的关注,它可能是引发颌面部发育畸形、关节功能障碍的关键因素之一。因此,髁突软骨的生理、病理变化与基因调控相结合将是今后正畸矫形及组织工程软骨的重要研究方向。Mandibular condylar cartilage is a kind of secondary cartilage.Its growth and reconstruction method is different from primary cartilages,such as the long bone cartilage,rib cartilage,and so on.As one of the important parts of the oral and maxillofacial system,the mandibular condylar cartilage has a key role in the growth,development,function and beauty of the oral and maxillofacial region.With the development of cartilage tissue engineering and the study of temporomandibular joint diseases in recent years,the research on influencing factors of mandibular condyle cartilage growth and reconstruction is more comprehensive and in-depth at gene level and molecular level.Among them,the influence of gene level on condylar cartilage is concerned by researchers.It may be one of the key factors leading to the development of maxillofacial deformities and joint dysfunction.Therefore,the combination of the physiological and pathological changes of the condylar cartilage with the gene regulation will be an important research direction of orthodontics and tissue engineering cartilage in the future.
