摘 要:血管生成是维持机体需要的基本生理过程,倘若血管生成过度则会导致一些疾病的发生。糖尿病的主要病理改变包括病理性新生血管生成,且其机制受体内多种血管生成相关因子的影响。研究发现,Vasohibin、基质细胞衍生因子1、Ephrin-B2、Netrin-1这4种因子的生物学功能之一是参与调节机体的血管生成。最新研究表明,以上4种因子与糖尿病的血管生成密切相关,且参与糖尿病血管生成的交汇点均是血管内皮生长因子,并通过与血管内皮生长因子相互影响,共同参与调节糖尿病的血管生成。Angiogenesis is the basic physiological process to maintain the needs of the body.If the angiogenesis is excessive,some diseases can occur.It is well known that the main pathological changes of diabetes is pathological neovascularization,which is affected by a variety of angiogenesis related factors in the body.One of the biological functions of the four factors,Vasohibin,stromal cell-derived factor-1,Ephrin-B2,and Netrin-1,is to regulate the angiogenesis of the body.Recent studies show that the above four factors are closely related to the angiogenesis in diabetes,and their intersection in diabetic angiogenesis is vascular endothelial growth factor,and through the interaction with vascular endothelial growth factor,together they regulate the angiogenesis in diabetes.
