网络群体性事件走向的影响因素及解决对策

摘　　要：经过多年的发展,互联网已成为人民生活中不可缺少的一部分。而自2014年中央网络安全信息领导小组成立以来,党和国家对网络安全与网络舆情的重视又被提到了一个新的高度。文章在对网络群体性事件概念、特征、类型进行研究的基础上,通过对近几年热点事件的梳理与分析,发现"相关群体规模"、"相关群体影响力"、"相关部门态度"等三个因素在很大程度上影响了网络群体性事件的走向,进而提出了减少网络群体性事件危害的对策与建议。After years of development,the internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives.Since the establishment of the Central Network Security Information Leading Group in 2014,the network security and network public attention has been referred to a new height by the Communist Party of China and the China State Council.Based on the study of the concept,characteristics and types of cyber group incident,this paper analyzes the hot events in recent years and extracts"related group size","related group influence"and"relevant department attitude"as factors that have influenced the trend of cyber group incident to a large extent.Then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the harm of cyber group incident effectively.
