摘  要:建立了三维数值分析模型,利用DEFORM-3D软件对回填式搅拌摩擦点焊过程进行数值模拟,得到焊点不同位置的温度循环曲线。结果表明:焊点区域最高温度出现在回填过程完成0.4 mm的时刻;水平方向热机影响区边界为距焊点中心约5 mm;底部热机影响区边界为距焊点中心约3 mm;袖筒外侧材料温度较低,塑性较差,易产生焊接缺陷。A 3D numerical model of refilled friction stir spot welding was developed,numerical simulation of temperature cycle during spot welding process was researched.The results indicated that when 0.4 mm of the refilled process was finished,the temperature of the spot area was reached the highest.Thermo-mechanically affected zone boundary of level direction was about 5 mm radius from the centre of welding spot.Thermo-mechanically affected zone boundary of bottom was about 3 mm radius from the centre of welding spot.The outer sleeve material was low temperature,low plasticity,easy to form weld defects.
