人格特征及应对方式对护士主观幸福感的影响

摘　　要：目的调查唐山市三级医院护士人格特征、应对方式和主观幸福感的现状,并分析护士人格特征、应对方式与主观幸福感的相关性。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取唐山市7所三级医院2 158名临床护士,应用人格特征量表、主观幸福感量表和简易应对方式量表进行横断面调查。结果护士主观幸福感得分为(79±7)分。护士人格特征的神经质和精神质维度与主观幸福感呈负相关(P<0.05),内外向维度与主观幸福感呈正相关(P<0.05),应对方式与主观幸福感呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论人格特征是护士主观幸福感不可忽略的影响因素,并对应对方式有影响,护理管理者应积极采取有效措施,提高护士对自我情绪的控制和积极应对能力,进而提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the current situation of personality traits,coping styles and subjective well-being of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Tangshan City,and to analyze the correlation among nurses'personality characteristics,coping style and subjective well-being.Methods A total of 2 158 clinical nurses from 7 tertiary hospitals in Tangshan City were enrolled by cluster sampling method.The cross-sectional survey was conducted using the personality trait scale,subjective well-being scale and simple coping style scale.Results The GWB score of nurses was(79±7)points.The neurotic and psychotic dimensions of nurses'personality traits were negatively correlated with subjective well-being(P<0.05),while the extroversion-introversion dimensions were positively correlated with subjective well-being(P<0.05).The coping styles were positively correlated with subjective well-being.Conclusion Personality characteristics are the influencing factors of subjective well-being of nurses and have an impact on the coping style.Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve nurses'self-emotion control and positive coping ability so as to improve nursing quality.
