摘　　要：随着国际经济一体化进程的加快和我国市场经济的蓬勃发展,大部分企业都已实现了自动化办公和网络办公,这种新型的办公模式虽然从一定程度上解放了劳动力,实现了企业经济效益的提升,但是从另一方面来看,企业网络的发展也是一把双刃剑,在现阶段的企业内网安全管理中还有许多不足之处。笔者将主要分析企业网络中的内网安全管理现状,总结经验教训,并形成新的内网安全管理应用策略。With the acceleration of the process of international economic integration and the vigorous development of China's market economy,most enterprises have realized the automation of office and network office.Although this new office mode has liberated the labor force to a certain extent and realized the economic benefits of enterprises.On the other hand,the development of enterprise network is also a double-edged sword.At this stage still have many shortcomings in the internal network security management.The author will mainly analyze the current situation of internal network security management in enterprise network,summarize the experience and lessons,and form a new internal network security management application strategy.
