摘　　要：研究绞股蓝黄芪保健茶对小鼠免疫功能的影响。将200只清洁级ICR雌性小鼠,按体重分成免疫5大组,每组随机分成4小组,每小组10只;按人日推荐用量的5倍、10倍、30倍,分别设0.415、0.830、2.490g/kg-Bw 3个剂量组和蒸馏水对照组。小鼠每天按20mL/kg BW连续灌胃30d后,分别测定小鼠的体重、脏器指数、细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬功能以及NK细胞活性。结果表明:样品高剂量组小鼠淋转OD差值、抗体积数、溶血空斑数和碳廓清吞噬指数a都明显高于对照组,经统计,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);高剂量的样品对小鼠的免疫功能有明显的增强作用。To study the effect of gynostemma astragalus health tea on immune function in mice.200 clean grade ICR female mice were divided into 5 groups according to their body weight.Each group was randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 in each group.According to the recommended daily dosage of 5 times,10 times,and 30 times,0.415,0.830 and 2.490g/kgBw were set with distilled water control group.The mice were continuously fed with 20 mL/kg BW daily for 30 days.The body weight,organ index,cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocyte-macrophage function and NK cell activity were measured.The results showed that the OD value,anti-volume number,hemolytic plaque number,and carbon clearance phagocytic index a of the high-dose mice in the high-dose group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Statistically,the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).High-dose samples have a significant enhancement of immune function in mice.
