山东省滨海自然湿地生态系统服务功能价值评估

摘　　要：以山东省滨海自然湿地为研究对象,利用山东省第二次湿地资源调查(2011—2013年)及其它分析数据,在借鉴滨海湿地生态系统服务分类的基础上,构建了山东滨海自然湿地生态服务价值评价体系,借助市场价值法、影子工程法、污染防治成本法、碳税法、专家评估法、费用支出法等国内外常用的湿地生态系统服务功能价值评估方法,对山东省滨海自然湿地生态系统服务功能价值进行了较全面的评估。结果表明:山东省滨海自然湿地生态系统提供的生态系统服务的总价值为2203.32亿元,其中供给服务功能价值为1200.3亿元,占总价值的54.48%;调节服务功能价值为590.94亿元,占总价值的26.82%;支持服务功能价值为18.66亿元,占总价值的0.85%;文化服务功能价值为393.69亿元,占总价值的17.87%。直观的货币价值突显了山东滨海自然湿地对区域经济及生态的重要性,同时也为我国湿地生态系统的保护和管理提供科学的理论依据。The coastal natural wetlands in Shandong province were studied using the second survey of wetland resources of Shandong(2011-2013)and other analytical data in this paper.The evaluation system of ecosystem service value of coastal natural wetlands in Shandong was built,based on the reference to classification of coastal wetland ecosystem services.According to the evaluation methods of wetland ecosystem service value which were commonly used at home and abroad such as market value,shadow projection,pollution control cost,carbon tax,expert evaluation,payment cost and so on,we comprehensively estimated the service value of coastal natural wetlands in Shandong.Results showed that the total value of the ecosystem service of the coastal natural wetlands in Shandong was RMB 220.332 billion Yuan.The value of supply service was 120.003 billion Yuan,accounting for 54.48%of the total value.As for the others,the values of regulation service,support service and cultural service were 59.094,1.866 and 39.369 billion Yuan,accounting for 26.82%,0.85%and 17.87%,respectively.The intuitive values indicated that the coastal natural wetlands in Shandong province were important to the regional economy and ecology,and provided a scientific theoretical basis for the protection and management of wetland ecosystem.
