摘 要:对某车型后牵引钩总成的重量较重、成本较高以及不满足可见高度要求的问题进行了分析。根据后牵引钩总成常见的结构形式及优缺点,研究了2种轻量化方案,并从多个方面进行了对比分析;然后利用有限元对新方案进行了5种工况的强度分析,确定将焊接在后地板备胎坑处的方案作为最佳轻量化方案;最后,通过2台车的后牵引钩实验验证了该轻量化方案满足实验要求。优化方案实现单车减重1.18kg,降本10.68元,且满足可见高度要求。It was studied the problem of heavy weight,high cost and not meeting the visible height requirement of the rear draw hook assembly for a car-body.Based on the common structural forms and their advantages and disadvantages of the rear draw hook assembly,two optimization lightweight schemes were studied,and contrasted from several aspects.Then analyzed the strength of five kinds of working conditions of the draw hook assembly by finite element software,and confirmed the program which was welded on the rear floor spare wheel pit as the optimum lightweight scheme.Finally,the optimum lightweight scheme was testified to meet the experimental requirements by using the draw hook test of 2 cars.The results indicated that the optimization scheme can obtain the target of reducing the weight by 1.18kg,cutting the cost by 10.68 yuan per car,and meeting the visible height requirement.
