摘 要:为了分析鄱阳湖水体的季节性浮游植物群落变化特征,选取鄱阳湖7个湖面点,8个河口点分别于2015和2016年1、4、7、10月采集表层水样代表四个季度采样,对各季度水质理化参数进行测定以及浮游植物群落结构进行分析。浮游植物总丰度和总生物量季节性变化表现为:夏季最高,秋、冬季其次,春季最少。从丰度统计可以看出蓝藻丰度占绝对优势,而从生物量统计来看,硅藻生物量占绝对优势;颗粒直链硅藻和卵形隐藻为常年优势种,每个季节都有分布。直链藻窄变种、啮蚀隐藻和脆杆藻为次优势种,其他只在个别季节出现。浮游植物的丰度和生物量及各藻门生物量都和Chl-a、SD、T和p H显著相关,硅藻对水环境变化极为敏感,水体营养盐浓度、矿化度、深度、流速、温度等理化性质都会引起硅藻属种及其含量的变化。In order to analyze the characteristics of seasonal phytoplankton community changes in Poyang Lake water body,seven lake sites of Poyang Lake were selected,and eight estuary sites collected surface water samples in 2015,2016,January,April,October,and October respectively represented four quarters.Sampling,physical and chemical parameters of water quality in each quarter were measured and phytoplankton community structure was analyzed.The seasonal changes of total phytoplankton abundance and total biomass were as follows:highest in summer,followed by autumn and winter,and least in spring.It can be seen from the abundance statistics that the abundance of blue-green algae is absolutely dominant,and from the biomass statistics,the diatom biomass is absolutely dominant;the linear diatoms of the grains and the crypto-cryptic algae are perennial dominant species,and every season has distributed.Strains of Alternaria alternata,Cryptocarya arboricum and Crytophyta are subdominant species,others appear only in individual seasons.The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton and biomass of each algal phytoplankton are significantly related to Chl-a,SD,T,and pH.Diatoms are extremely sensitive to changes in water environment,water nutrient concentration,salinity,depth,flow rate,Physicochemical properties such as temperature will cause diatom species and its content changes.
