乡村振兴战略下涉农卓越法律人才培养机制探索——以华中农业大学为例

摘　　要：当前我国农林高校普遍存在法律人才培养模式单一、专业设置趋同等问题,未能充分发挥农林高校的学科优势,导致人才供给与农村需求严重脱节,涉农领域就业率偏低。在深入分析乡村振兴战略与涉农卓越法律人才培养间的互动关系的基础上,研究涉农卓越法律人才培养目标的创新定位,通过优化涉农卓越法律人才培养的实践教学模式,构建科学合理的多元组织保障体系,制定校内、校外优势资源协同育人机制,多途径提高学生的社会实践能力与创新能力,夯实涉农法律人才的供给基础,为保障乡村振兴战略的顺利实施提供有力保障。At present,owing to the failure to give full play to their advantages,agriculture and forestry universities in China are facing with problems such as single training mode,and specialty provision duplication,leading to the non-matching between the supply of talent and rural demand,as well as low employment rate in agriculture related fields.Therefore,based on the analyzation of interactive relationship between the strategy of rural vitalization and cultivation mechanism for outstanding agricultural law talents,we studied the innovation ori?entation of training goal for talents cultivation,constructed a scientific and reasonable diversified organization guarantee system through optimizing practice teaching model,and proposed a cooperative education mechanism by utilizing internal and external advantageous resources.Multiple ways should be adopted to improve students'social practice and innovation ability,and lay a solid foundation for agricultural law talents,in order to guarantee rural vitalization.
