摘　　要：结合黄河地理信息数据应用现状及黄河水利委员会水利信息化发展的需要,介绍"黄河一张图"的建设内容,并对"黄河一张图"建设过程中的多源异构数据集成建库、水利数据模型设计、电子地图设计制作与发布等关键技术进行研究,形成"黄河一张图"建设的技术体系,初步完成"黄河一张图"建设,为黄河地理信息数据的共享应用提供支撑。On basis of analysis of current application situation of geographic information data in Yellow River,and the need of water resources informatization development in reaches of the Yellow River Water Resources Commission,this paper introduces the construction content of“one map of Yellow River”,researches some key technology of multisource databases construction,water data model design,electronic map making and publish,forms the technology system of“one map of Yellow River”construction,preliminarily finishes the one map construction,and provides support for sharing of Yellow River geographic information data.
