摘　　要：文章分析了江苏高校专利技术的现状,指出了专利技术产业转化的制约因素和常见模式,并针对江苏高校的不同类型和地域分布,提出了促进专利技术产业转化的对策和建议。The paper analyzes the current situation of patent technology in Jiangsu colleges,and points out the restriction factors and common modes of the patent technology industry transformation,then puts forward the measurements and suggestions to promote the patent technology industry transformation,aiming at different types and geographical distribution of Jiangsu colleges.
