试点地区新型职业农民培育模式及经验研究

摘　　要：农业部在全国启动了新型职业农民试点培育工作。试点地区紧扣当地实际,积极探索,大胆实践,不断创新,在教育培训、认定管理、政策扶持等多方面取得了突破性进展和显著成效。为研究试点地区新型职业农民培育模式,现选取陕西省、上海市浦东新区和福建省龙岩市3个样本,归纳总结其培育特点,学习借鉴其经验,助推天津市新型职业农民培育工作顺利实施和新型职业农民成长成才。Since 2012,the Ministry of Agriculture has started the pilot cultivation of new professional farmers in all parts of the country.The pilot area is closely related to the local reality,and is actively exploring,boldly practicing and innovating.It has made breakthroughs in education,training,accreditation management and policy support,and has achieved remarkable results.As a new professional farmer training mode research pilot area,we choose 3 pilot areas,such as Shanxi Province,Shanghai Pudong New Area,and Longyan City in Fujian Province,to summarize the characteristics of their new-type professional farmers,learn from their experience of cultivating new farmers,boost new smooth implementation of professional training of farmers in Tianjin,and accelerate the development of new professional the farmers.
