摘　　要：目的探讨特异性富AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB-1)和平滑肌肌动蛋白-α(α-SMA)在胰腺癌中表达以及二者的临床意义。方法运用免疫组化染色检测了71例胰腺癌组织中SATB-1和α-SMA表达情况,收集患者的临床病理特征,并分析二者与临床相关因素的关系。结果 SATB-1和α-SMA在胰腺癌中阳性率分别为70.4%和77.5%;Kaplan-Meier分析提示SATB-1和α-SMA表达与胰腺癌患者总体预后有关,Cox回归分析提示分化程度和SATB-1是影响胰腺癌患者预后的独立因素;卡方检测提示SATB-1和α-SMA二者的表达存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SATB-1和α-SMA在胰腺癌中高表达,且SATB-1可作为预测胰腺癌患者预后的独立因素。Objective To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of special A Trich sequence binding protein 1(SA TB-1)andα-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)in pancreatic cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed to analyze the expression of SA TB-1 andα-SMA in 71 pancreatic cancer tissue,the clinicopathological features were collected,and the clinical relationship between the SA TB-1 andα-SMA expression and clinicopathological features.Results The positive expression rate of SA TB-1 andα-SMA was 70.4%and 77.5%,respectively.Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the expression levels of SA TB-1 andα-SMA was relative with overall survival time of pancreatic cancer patients.Cox regression analysis showed that differentiation and SA TB-1 expression were independent prognosis factors of pancreatic cancer patients.Chi-square test showed that SA TB-1 expression was relative with the expression ofα-SMA(P<0.05).Conclusion SA TB-1 andα-SMA was over-expressed in pancreatic cancer,and SA TB-1 deserved as an independent prognosis factor of pancreatic cancer.
