数字化技术在前牙区种植美学中的应用进展

摘　　要：影响种植美学的主要因素除了选择良好的种植时机和自身条件以外,准确的种植体三维位置关系十分重要。在计算机辅助种植外科中,数字化导板采用3D技术,以模拟种植体上部修复体为导向,引导术中钻头的方向、深度,避开重要解剖结构,使得种植体植入到准确的位置,在降低手术风险的同时可提高美学效果,但存在精确度欠佳的问题。本文就当前数字化技术在前牙区种植美学中的应用进展进行综述。An important factor affecting the anterior teeth esthetics is getting the accurate three-dimensional position,besides selecting a good planting time and patients themselves.In computer-assisted implantation surgery,to reduce surgical risk and improve aesthetic effects,the digital template utilizes 3D techniques to simulate prostheses.Therefore,it can get the right direction and depth of the drilling.In this way it can avoid damaging important anatomical structures,so that it guarantees the accurate position.However,there are still problems with low accuracy.In this paper,the research status of digital template implantation in anterior teeth esthetics was reviewed.
