摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏(steam distillation,SD)和超临界二氧化碳萃取(supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction,SFE)的方法来提取来凤凤菊精油。通过5个抗氧化体系来比较这两种提取方法提取的凤菊精油的抗氧化能力。结果表明,两种方法提取的凤菊精油均有较强的抗氧化能力,且呈剂量依赖性。在清除DPPH自由基、ABTS^+自由基、总的还原力、铁还原抗氧化能力(ferric reducing ability of plasma,FRAP)以及清除Hela细胞内活性氧的能力,超临界CO_2萃取法提取的凤菊精油抗氧化作用要强于水蒸气蒸馏法提取的精油。以上结果说明,超临界CO_2萃取法提取的来凤凤菊精油作为一种天然抗氧化剂应用于食品行业具有一定的开发潜力。The method of steam distillation(SD)and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction(SFE)was used to extract the essential oil of Dendranthelna indicum.The antioxidant capacity of the two extraction methods was compared by five antioxidant systems.The result showed that both of the Dendranthelna indicum oils by different extraction methods had a strong antioxidant capacity in concentration dependent manner.The Dendranthelna indicum oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction was more efficacious than the one extracted by steam distillation method through scavenging DPPH radical,ABTS+radical,the total reductive power,ferric reducing ability of plasma(FRAP)and the reactive oxygen on Hela cells.Above all,the Dendranthelna indicum oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction had a certain potential to be developed as a natural antioxidant agent applied in food industries.
