基于增量的经济发展与污染物排放的聚类分析--以2014-2013年各省面板数据为例

摘　　要：分析经济发展增量与污染物排放增量的关系,是研究经济与环境发展规律的基础之一。根据2014—2013年的增量数据,利用聚类分析对经济增量、污染物排放增量和环境经济增量指标进行聚类分析和联合分析。按照经济发展增量系数及环境污染增量系数的聚类联合分析并归类,2014—2013年各省(市、自治区)的增量结果可分为九个类别。采用增量数据分析,可以消除各地在经济基础与规模、地域大小与人口数量、经济产业结构等的差异影响,客观反映自身发展协调性程度,是分析环境经济系统的一个重要方面。In order to analyze the relationship between economic development and the increment of pollutant emission,the cluster analysis and joint analysis between economic groAvth indicators and pollutant emissions incremental were conducted using the panel data of 2014-2013.Nine categories were found based on the calculation.This analysis results could objectively reveal the harmonious degree between economic development and environmental protection through ignoring the impacts of the differences of economic basis and scale,the size of the region and the population,and economic and industrial structure,which is one important aspect of environment-economy system analysis.
