家长协同模式在小儿腹泻护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨家长协同模式在小儿腹泻护理中的应用效果。方法:选择120例腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用家长协同模式护理。结果:观察组患儿止泻时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿的治疗护理依从性及家长对护理的满意度,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家长协同模式应用于小儿腹泻护理中有助于促进患儿康复,增强患儿的治疗护理依从性和提高家长对护理的满意度,在临床值得推广。Objective:To explore the application of parental coordination model in the nursing of infantile diarrhea.Methods:120 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted parent cooperative nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The time of diarrhea and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The compliance of the treatment and nursing care of the children and the satisfaction of the parents on the nursing care were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of parental coordination mode in children diarrhea nursing helps to promote children's rehabilitation,to enhance the compliance of the treatment and nursing of the children and to improve the satisfaction of the parents to the nursing care,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
