摘  要:随着太赫兹(THz)技术的快速发展,其在食品、药品、生物大分子检测等领域的巨大应用前景越来越被人们所重视。在食品领域,由于许多食品添加剂在太赫兹波段具有特征吸收峰,它们的指纹谱有望被用来进行食品添加剂的监测和分析,具有重要的研究意义和应用价值。鉴于此,针对不同研究小组所开展的工作,概括总结了一些有关食品添加剂的太赫兹光谱检测与分析研究进展,并讨论了该技术应用于食品添加剂检测方面有待解决的问题,从而展望未来的发展趋势。In recent years,Terahertz(THz)technology has got a rapid development and has a huge potential applications in the inspection of food,medicine,biological macromolecules and other fields.In the field of food inspection,many food additives have their characteristic absorption peaks in THz frequency range.These finger spectra are possible to be utilized for the monitoring and analysis of food additives.It has attracted the attention of many domestic and international research groups.The research progresses of these different groups on the food additives by THz spectroscopy inspection and analysis are summarized.The problems of THz spectroscopic technology existing in the inspection of food additives are discussed.The future trends of development are outlook according to these researches.
