浅谈仪表控制系统的长周期安全稳定运行

摘　　要：目前,仪表控制系统广泛应用于石油、化工行业,面对石油化工行业装置越来越大型化、复杂化,对仪表控制系统的要求也越来越高。控制系统作为装置控制、安全的核心部分,其安全性、可靠性、长周期的稳定运行关系着装置的正常生产运行,提高控制系统安全性、长周期稳定性是仪表工作者的责任与追求,本文会从影响控制系统的因素和提高稳定运行方法两方面浅谈这一问题。At present,the instrument control system is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,in the face of the petrochemical industry devices are more and more large,complicated,the requirement for instrument control system is also higher and higher.The control system is the core part of the device control and safety,its safety,reliability and long period stability are related to the normal production of the device.Improving the safety and long term stability of the control system is the responsibility and pursuit of the instrument workers.This article will discuss this problem from two aspects that affect the factors of the control system and improve the method of stable operation.
