摘  要:目的通过联合检测乳腺癌患者血清中的HSP90α、CA153、CEA、Fer水平浓度,提高乳腺癌在临床上的诊效能。方法收集乳腺癌住院患者共85例,乳腺良性肿块患者96例和健康体检者120例。分别检测其血清中的HSP90α、CA153、CEA、Fer水平浓度。结果 HSP90α、CA153、CEA、Fer在乳腺癌组中的水平浓度均高于乳腺良性肿块组和健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康对照组和乳腺良性肿块组的各指标水平浓度差异没有统计学意义。结论单独检测HSP90α对乳腺癌具有较高的诊断价值。HSP90α、CA153、CEA、Fer联合检测可提高乳腺癌的诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of HSP90α,CA153,CEA and Fer levels in breast cancer by combined detection of serum levels of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 85 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were collected.There were 96 cases of benign breast tumors and 120 cases of physical examination.The concentrations of HSP90α,CA153,CEA and Fer were detected respectively.Results The levels of HSP90α,CA153,CEA and Fer in breast cancer group were higher than those in breast benign tumor group and healthy control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of the indexes between the healthy control group and the breast benign tumor group.Conclusion The independent detection of HSP90αalpha is of high diagnostic value for breast cancer.The combined detection of HSP90α,CA153,CEA and Fer can improve the diagnostic value of breast cancer.
