探讨压贴三棱镜在儿童部分调节性内斜视治疗中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨压贴三棱镜在儿童部分调节性内斜视治疗中的应用及效果。方法选取60例部分调节性内斜视患儿,对其进行压贴三棱镜治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 60例患者配镜成功率是96.7%;垂直斜视度、水平斜视度:佩戴前的远比佩戴后的高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6岁以下(包括6岁)组的视功能改善情况远比6岁以上组的高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压贴三棱镜可有效改善部分调节性内斜视患儿的视功能,矫正斜视度数,效果确切,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the application and effect of pressure-sensitive triangular prism in the treatment of partial accommodative esotropia in children.Methods Sixty children with partial accommodative esotropia were selected and treated with pressure prism,and the therapeutic effects were observed.Results The success rate of glasses in 60 patients was 96.7%.The vertical strabismus and horizontal strabismus were significantly higher than those before wearing(P<0.05),while those under 6(including 6 years old).The improvement of visual function was much higher than that of the group over 6 years old,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con?clusion Pressure-fitting prism can effectively improve the visual function of some children with accommodative esotropia,correct the degree of strabismus,the effect is exact,it is worth learning from.
