摘　　要：目的探讨恩度持续泵注联合GP化疗方案治疗晚期肺鳞癌的临床疗效。方法将50例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组25例患者单纯采用GP化疗方案,观察组25例则联合恩度持续泵注治疗7 d,21 d为1个化疗周期,均行2个周期。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组有效率40.00%(10/25),总获益率84.00%(21/25),对照组则分别为36.00%(9/25)及64.00%(16/25),差异无统计学意义;观察组中位生存时间(OS)为(15.69±3.67)个月,中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP)为(6.90±1.15)个月,均大于对照组的OS(12.87±2.61)个月及TTP(5.72±0.89)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应均主要表现为恶心呕吐、肝功能损伤、血液系统毒性及心脏毒性,发生率组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论恩度持续泵注联合GP化疗方案治疗晚期肺鳞癌效果显著,可延长生存时间,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous infusion of endostar combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.Methods Fifty patients were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into groups,Twentyfive patients in the control group were treated with GP chemotherapy,The observation group of twenty-five patients were treated combined with continuous infusion of endostar of 7 days,the 21 days were one cycles of chemotherapy,all of which were two cycles.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 40.00%(10/25),and the total benefit rate was 84.00%(21/25),while the control group was 36.00%(9/25)and 64.00%(16/25),the difference was not statistically significant.The median survival time(OS)in the observation group was(15.69±3.67)months,and the median time to progression(TTP)was(6.90±1.15)months,which was larger than that in the control group OS(12.87±2.61)months and TTP(5.72±0.89)months,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were nausea and vomiting,liver function damage,hematological toxicity and cardiac toxicity.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Continuous infusion of Endostar combined with GP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the lung has significant effect,and which can prolong the survival time,safe and reliable,it worthy of promotion.
