知识经济背景下我国城市创新型产业集聚空间的转型发展研究

摘　　要：产业创新是城市发展的核心驱动力。文章对创新型产业集聚空间的基本概念,产业竞争机理、要素磁性吸引机理、品牌性市场环境促进机理、交易成本节约机理四大形成机理,操作和制度层面的运行机制进行辨述,对近年国内创新型产业集聚空间的发展进行反思,从硬环境方面提出创新型产业集聚空间的关联性配置和精确性定制,软环境方面提出设计灵活的政策机制、齐全的功能配套、特色的产业文化以及便捷的生活服务等转型发展路径。成果可为城市创新型产业集聚空间规划实践提供理论支撑。Industrial innovation is the core driving force of urban development.In this paper,the basic concept of innovative industry agglomeration space,the four forming mechanisms(the mechanism of industry competition,the mechanism of factor magnetism attraction,the promotion mechanism of brand market environment and the mechanism of transaction cost saving)and the operating mechanism at the operational and institutional level were dialectically explained.Also a reflection on the development of innovative industry agglomeration space in recent years was made.Based on the above,the path of transformation and development was put forward as the associated configuration and precise customization of innovative industry agglomeration space in physical environment and flexible policy mechanism,complete supporting function,characteristic industrial culture and convenient life service in non-physical environment.The results would provide theoretical support for practice in the urban innovation industry agglomeration space planning.
