当代工科大学生“精神成人”教育探析——以《论语》君子观为例

摘　　要：大学生"精神成人"教育问题已成为近年高等教育人才培养关注的焦点。当代工科大学生作为未来的科学家和工程师,肩负着中华民族改革创新的重任,因过早的文理分科的原因,他们多注重专业学习忽视了"精神成人"培养。《论语》里关于君子的理念,大到安邦治国小到修身养性为当代工科大学生"精神成人"教育提供了一个新的视角,对于培养当代工科大学生社会理想、进取精神、以及精神成人培养途径等方面也具有借鉴和启发意义。Spirit-grownup education for undergraduates has become a major focus of higher education in recent years.Students in modern technological universities,promising scientists and engineers of tomorrow,undertake the significant mission of China’s reform and innovation.Due to the science-humanities division in their early studies,most of them attach great more importance to professional knowledge and neglect spirit-grownup education.Gentleman opinions in The Analects of Confucius,from state administration to self-cultivation,provide us a new perspective to spirit-grownup education in modern technological universities.It is of reference and enlightening significance for cultivating the social ideal,enterprising spirit and the spiritual adult cultivation way of contemporary engineering students.
