摘　　要：信息化可以有效提升企业绩效,促进产业升级,优化经济发展方式。新常态下,全面推进小微企业信息化是提高小微企业发展质量和竞争力的关键。本文旨在分析新常态下安徽小微企业信息化建设的现状及存在的问题,并提出提升小微企业主信息化意识、解决小微企业信息化融资问题、培养小微企业信息化人才、加强信息化基础设施建设、提升小微企业信息化建设服务水平等措施,进而提升新常态下安徽小微企业信息化水平。Informatization can effectively improve the performance of enterprises,promote industrial upgrading and optimize the mode of economic development.Under the new normal,promoting small and micro enterprise informatization comprehensively is the key to improve the quality and competitiveness of small and micro enterprises development.This paper aims to analyze the status quo and existing problems of small and micro enterprise information construction of Anhui province under the new normal state,and put forward that it should raise the awareness of small and medium enterprises owners information,solve the information financing of small and micro enterprises,cultivate talents of small and micro enterprise information,strengthen information infrastructure construction,enhance the level of small and micro enterprise information construction services and carry on other measures,in order to raise the new normal micro-enterprise information level of Anhui province.
