摘　　要：目的探究无痛消化内镜诊疗的配合与护理方法。方法选取2016年1月~2017年9月在本院进行内镜诊疗的患者100例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组通过传统手术及常规护理进行治疗,观察组进行无痛消化内镜诊疗及针对性护理进行治疗。对比两组诊疗配合与护理方法效果的差异。结果通过运用无痛消化内镜诊疗手术后,观察组各项观察指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者实施无痛消化内镜及针对性的护理方法,减轻患者的疼痛感,有效提高内镜诊疗效果及护理满意度。Objective To explore the painless digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment methods of cooperation and nursing.Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 for endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases patients with 50 patients were randomly selected and treated by traditional surgery and conventional nursing means,as control group,another 50 cases through painless digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment and nursing measures targeted therapy,as a group.The difference between the therapeutic effect of the diagnosis and treatment between the two groups was compared.Results The observation indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group after the operation of painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.(P<0.05)was significant and statistically significant.Conclusion The patient's pain can be alleviated through painless digestive endoscopy and targeted nursing methods,which can effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of endoscopy and nursing satisfaction.
