摘 要:目的:优选蒙药三子散振动式超微粉碎工艺条件.方法:以三子散超微粉中位粒径(D50)和超微粉得率(F)为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,考察粉碎时间(A)、干燥时间(B)、药粉加入量C)和介质数(D)等4个因素对三子散超微粉碎的影响,确定其最佳超微粉碎工艺条件.结果:A因素对超微粉的D50有显著影响(P<0.05),对超微粉得率有影响的趋势(0.05<P<0.10),综合考量选择最佳工艺条件为A2B3C1D2,即取含水量为3.0%的三子散粗粉0.6 L置于振动式超微粉碎机内,加75个介质,粉碎30min.结论:本实验得到的超微粉粒度均一,流动性较好,可作为三子散的超微粉碎工艺技术试用.Objective:To optimize the technological conditions of ultra-fine pulverizing process of Mongolian medicine San Zi powder.Methods:The L9(34)orthogonal test design method was adopted.Median particle diameter(D50)and ultrafine powder yield rate(F)of San Zi ultra-fine powder were used as evaluation indexes by investigating the crushing time(A),drying time(B),dosage of powder(C)and medium number(D).Results:The A factor had a significant effect on the D50 of San Zi ultra-fine powder(P<0.05),and had an influence trend on the yield rate of ultra-fine powder(0.05<P<0.10).The optimum process condition is A2B3C1D2,which is 0.6 L San Zi coarse powder with 3%water content was placed into vibratory ultramicro pulverizer,added 75 fold of medium,and pulverized for 30min.Conclusion:The ultrafine powder obtained under the conditions with uniform particle size and good fluidity.So it can be used as the ultra-fine pulverizing technology conditions for Mongolian medicine San Zi powder.
