摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)合并视网膜脱离(RD)的患病率、临床特征、潜在危险因素以及预后。方法纳入2014年8月至2017年8月诊治的152例HDCP并发RD患者,回顾性分析单中心收治的HDCP合并RD患者的临床特点和随访资料。结果 HDCP患者RD的发病率为8.06%。主要临床表现为发生在视盘和黄斑周围的渗出性RD,少数合并色素上皮层脱离。蛋白尿阳性是HDCP患者发生RD并发症的潜在危险因素。大部分RD患者在6周内治愈,少数遗留视网膜慢性损伤。结论蛋白尿阳性的HDCP患者更容易出现RD并发症,部分RD患者遗留长期慢性视功能损伤,早期预防和干预应该引起引起相关临床医生的重视。Objective To analyze the prevalence,clinical features,potential risk factors and prognosis of patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP)complicated by retinal detachment(RD).Methods A total of 152 patients with HDCP complicated by RD who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 in our hospital were enrolled in the study,The clinical characteristics and follow-up information of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence rate of RD in the 152 patients with HDCP was 8.06%.The clinical manifestations of patients were mainly exudative RD around optic disk and macular,with pigment epithelium detachment being found in minority patients.The potential risk factors of patients with HDCP were albuminuria.Moreover most patients with Rd were cured in 6 months,with residual chronic retina damage in fewer patients.Conclusion The HDCP patients with albuminuria are easy to suffer from RD,some patients have residual chronic visual function damage,The relevant physicians should pay much attention to early prevention and intervention.
