摘　　要：目的探讨注射法内镜下黏膜剥离切除法(EMR)治疗结直肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)的效果。方法回顾性分析整理我院既往5年内运用传统方法处理LST相关数据,将其作为收集并随访EMR病例数据,对两组数据一次性切除成功率、残留率及复发率进行评估比较分析,并比较治疗前后患者生存质量。结果观察组一次性切除成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组残留率及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量相似,而治疗后观察组的生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论 EMR手术治疗LST的应用效果确切,可有效提高一次性切除成功率,降低残留率及复发率,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic mucosal dissection(EMR)in the treatment of colorectal lateral growth tumors(LST).Methods We retrospectively analyzed and sorted out the data of LST treated by traditional methods in our hospital in the past 5 years,collected and followed up the data of EMR cases,and compared and analyzed the success rate,residual rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of data.Results The success rate of one-time resection in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The residual rate and recurrence rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of EMR for the treatment of LST has definite effect,which can effectively improve the success rate of one-time resection and reduce the residual rate and recurrence rate,which is worth popularizing and applying.
