紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗及放疗在早中期宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探究紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗及放疗在早中期宫颈癌治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的136例早中期宫颈癌患者作为本次临床研究资料,利用数字随机分组法将患者划分为对照组和观察组两组,其中68例对照组患者术前不给予辅助化疗及放疗,68例观察组患者术前应用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗及放疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为64.71%,不良反应发生率为17.65%。对照组患者治疗总有效率为50%,不良反应发生率为27.94%。结论早中期宫颈癌治疗中,应用紫杉醇联合顺铂新辅助化疗及放疗,可以提高临床治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率,因此具有一定后续临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin and radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer in the early and mid-stage.Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with early-to-middle-stage cervical cancer who were admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the clinical data.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.Patients in the group were not given adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy before surgery,and 68 patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel plus cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy before surgery,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 64.71%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.65%.The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 50%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 27.94%.Conclusion The use of paclitaxel plus cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer in the early and mid-stage can improve the clinical treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so it has certain follow-up clinical application value.
