摘　　要：嗜酸性粒细胞性结肠炎(EC)是嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠道疾病中最为罕见的一类,其以不明原因的结肠嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征。EC的病因、发病机制和发病率尚不完全清楚。目前尚未有明确的EC诊断标准,且其治疗方案主要来源于个案报道和病例总结等,包括饮食疗法、药物治疗和手术治疗。本文就EC诊疗的研究进展作一综述。Eosinophilic colitis(EC)is a rare form of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders,characterized by colon eosinophil infiltration with unknown cause.The etiology,pathogenesis and incidence of EC are not completely clear and definite diagnostic criteria of EC is not yet available.The treatment strategies of EC mainly come from case reports and case series,including diet therapy,drug intervention and surgical operation.This article reviewed the advances in diagnosis and treatment of EC.
