摘　　要：高校职务犯罪主要分为行政型和科研型职务犯罪两种类型,在犯罪主体上不同于一般职务犯罪,存在特殊性。当下我国高校职务犯罪呈增长趋势,原因主要有权力缺乏有效监督以及个人主观上存在认识偏差等。通过研究发现,加强对高校工作者的思想教育,调整现行的管理制度并构建良好的监督治理体系等,可以提高对高校职务犯罪的治理效果。The duty crime in universities includes two kinds as administrative and scientific,which has particularity and difference with the general sense of duty crime.There are some reasons for the increase of the duty crime in our country such as the lack of effective supervision of power and the deviation of individual cognition.By improving the understanding of the staff,perfecting the management system and establishing the supervision system,we can prevent and control the crime of duty in universities.
