高校教师思想政治现状调研及对策研究——以上海理工大学为例

摘　　要：如果从高校教师的文化建设、工作成就感、关注的社会话题等方面来看,高校教师整体上属于社会上较为优秀的群体。但高校教师的思政工作依然不能有丝毫放松,因为高校教师的思想政治现状不仅直接影响到大学生的思想和素质,同时对高校的和谐稳定、科学发展和人才培养也至关重要。当前高校教师的思政工作有被边缘化的困境,本文从转变话语体系、阵地建设、制度创新等方面提出创新教师思政工作路径思考。Ideological and political standard of university teachers directly influences students spiritual development,and is further linked with social stability,scientific development and macro goals of a nation.According to the survey,the teaching faculty at universities and colleges show a general tendency of practicality,open-minded inclusiveness and righteousness.But on the other hand,the work in this field is faced with challenges in talent development goals,ideological work structures and transformational mentality.With these difficulties in mind,the ideological workers should adhere to the socialist orientation,and work to improve the discourse content and form first;should enhance the ideological stronghold in classrooms and the cyberspace;should facilitate innovations in systems and foster the ideological center through cooperation and services,and help realize a new breakthrough in ideological work.
