摘　　要：如今的社会是一个发展速度飞快的社会,各种知识和技能每天都在更新换代般的提高和发展。这就要求我们不管是什么年龄段,什么职业,都需要进行继续教育提升自身素质,不至于落伍。而中小学体育教师的继续教育是终身教育不可或缺的一个非常重要的部分,是提升我国中小学体育教师自身素质的必然要求,也是我国中小学体育教师不断地向专业化和素质化发展的必然趋势。教师团队整体素质的高低会对我国素质教育成果的成败有决定性和直接性的影响。培养一个高素质,高水准的教师团队是全面推进我国素质教育的重要措施和必要手段,所以进行中小学教师继续教育研究十分必要。The society today is developing rapidly.Knowledge and skills are updated and improved every day.Thus,contentious education is needed for all professions to increase self-quality.The continuous education of primary and secondary school physical education teachers is an important part of lifelong education,as well as an essential requirement for their self-quality promotion,and a tendency for their professional and qualified development.The overall quality of teachers shows vital and direct influences for the effects of quality education.The cultivation of a high quality and standard teaching team acts as an important implementation and essential means for the overall promotion of quality education.Thus it is of great importance to implement continuous education for teachers.
