微生态制剂联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析微生态制剂联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者的临床疗效。方法方便抽选2015年1月—2016年12月该院接收治疗的50例幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者,依据不同治疗方法为标准分组:实验组25例予以微生态制剂联合三联疗法治疗,对照组25例予以三联疗法治疗,比对2组临床疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(χ2=5.357,P=0.021<0.05);实验组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率96.00%,低于对照组76.00%(χ2=4.153,P=0.042<0.05);不良反应发生率8.00%,也比对照组32.00%低(χ2=3.388,P=0.043)。结论对幽门螺旋杆菌感染患者选微生态制剂联合三联疗法治疗,疗效比三联疗法更高,可在提升治疗有效率的基础上,降低幽门螺旋杆菌根除率,防治不良反应,可推荐。Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical efficacy of probiotics combined with triple therapy in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods Fifty patients with Helicobacter pylori infection admitted to this hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected according to different treatment methods.25 cases in the experimental group were treated with probiotics and triple therapy,and the control group of twenty-five cases were treated with triple therapy,compared with two groups of clinical efficacy.Results The effective rate of experimental group was 96.00%,higher than 72.00%of the control group(χ2=5.357,P=0.021<0.05);the H.pylori eradication rate was 96.00%,which was lower than that of the control group 76.00%(χ2=4.153,P=0.042<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.00%,which was also lower than that of the control group 32.00%(χ2=3.388,P=0.043).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with microecological therapy combined with triple therapy,the effect is higher than the triple therapy,which can improve the treatment efficiency,based on the reduction of H.pylori eradication rate,prevention and treatment of adverse reactions,can be recommended.
