术中冰冻切片检查在腮腺肿瘤诊疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的了解术中快速冰冻切片检查在腮腺肿瘤诊疗中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析该院2011年9月—2016年5月收治的324例腮腺肿瘤,均行术中快速冰冻检查,以术后病检结果为金标准,分别衡量其对于腮腺良恶性肿瘤诊断的准确率。结果 324例腮腺肿瘤中有246例为腮腺良性肿瘤,78例为腮腺恶性肿瘤。在246腮腺良性肿瘤样本中,快速冰冻切片诊断为良性肿瘤者有230例,准确率达93.5%。78例腮腺恶性肿瘤样本中,快速冰冻切片诊断为恶性肿瘤的有65例,准确率可达83.3%。结论术中快速冰冻切片检查在诊断腮腺良恶性肿瘤方面快速、准确,部分能判断恶性肿瘤的性质,对手术方式的调整具有重要的参考价值。因此,术中快速冰冻检查应作为腮腺肿瘤规范化手术术中的常规检查方式。Objective To know the clinical value of intraoperative frozen sections examination in the diagnosis and treatment of parotid gland tumors.Methods 324 cases of patients with parotid gland tumors admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2011 to May 2016 were selected and underwent the intraoperative frozen section examination,and the postoperative pathological results were used as the golden standards,and the accurate rate in diagnosis of malignant and benign parotid gland tumors was respectively evaluated.Results Of 324 cases,there were 246 cases with benign tumors and 78 cases with malignant tumors,and of 246 cases with benign tumors,there were 230 cases with benign tumors diagnosed by the rapid frozen sections,and the accurate rate was 93.5%,of 78 cases with malignant tumors,there were 65 with malignant tumors diagnosed by the rapid frozen sections,and the accurate rate was 83.3%.Conclusion The intraoperative rapid frozen section examination in diagnosis of malignant and benign parotid gland tumors is rapid and accurate,and some can determine the natural of malignant tumors,and it is of important reference value to the adjustment of operation way,therefore,it can be used a routine examination way in the standardized surgery of parotid gland tumors.
