摘 要:目的探究钼靶X线、超声以及MRI在乳腺癌诊断中的协同应用价值。方法方便选取2016年11月—2017年11月在福建省妇幼保健院和福建医科大学附属第一医院接受医治的乳腺癌患者70例为研究对象,所有患者均接受钼靶X线、超声以及MRI进行诊断,对比3种诊断方法的特异度、灵敏度、准确度情况。结果 MRI检查诊断其特异度92.86%、灵敏度88.57%、准确度91.43%均优于钼靶X线和超声诊断,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测其特异度95.71%、灵敏度95.71%、准确度97.14%均优于MRI诊断,但组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.53、2.467、2.121,P>0.05)。结论钼靶X线、MRI以及超声检查用于临床诊断早期乳腺癌疾病,其诊断效果良好,3种诊断方式均伴有不典型表现,但是此3种诊断方式同时存在不足之处,3种诊断方式联合应用,可大大提高诊断准确性,具有应用价值。Objective To study the coordinated application value of molybdenum target X-ray,ultrasound and MRI in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 70 cases of patients with breast cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were convenient selected,and all patients were diagnosed by the molybdenum target X-ray,ultrasound and MRI,and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the three diagnosis methods were compared.Results The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of MRI were respectively 92.86%,88.57%and 91.43%,which were better than those of molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasound diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of the combined test were respectively 95.71%,95.71%,97.14%,which were better than those of MRI diagnosis,and the differences were not statistically significant(χ2=0.53,2.467,2.121,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of molybdenum target X-ray,ultrasound and MRI in diagnosis of early breast cancer diseases is good,with atypical manifestations,and each has disadvantages,and the combined application can greatly improve the diagnosis accuracy,with application value.
