摘　　要：地空导弹兵技术勤务作为空军地面防空兵种核心课程,教学改革势在必行。通过课程顶层设计、教学内容优化、教学方法手段创新、教学团队建设、教学资源建设、考核评估改革,满足了多层次、多专业、多装备、多岗位的课程教学需要,有效提升了课程教学质量和人才培养效益。As a core course for the ground-to-air defense troops of air force,it is imperative to carry out the teaching reform of technical service of ground-to-air missile force.Through the top course design,teaching content optimization,teaching method innovation,teaching team building,teaching resource construction,assessment and evaluation reform,it meets the multi-level,multi-professional,multi-equipment,multi-post teaching needs and effectively improves the quality of teaching and personnel training effectiveness.
