当代高职国际邮轮乘务管理专业学生礼仪素养现状研究——以武汉城市职业学院为例

摘　　要：当前,我国高职学生进校之初的礼仪素养不高。本文对武汉城市职业学院国际邮轮乘务管理专业学生进行问卷调查,结果显示虽然学生具有比较良好的礼仪意识,但各个方面的礼仪知识深度不够,急需进行系统的礼仪学习和实训。At present,the etiquette accomplishment of new higher vocational students in our country is not high.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on international cruise service management majors of Wuhan City Polytechnic.The results show that the students have a good sense of etiquette,but the depth of etiquette knowledge in various aspects is not enough,so it is imperative to carry out systematic etiquette learning and training.
