摘　　要：目的:探讨HPV感染在宫颈癌前病变中的临床意义。方法:收治宫颈疾病患者30例,检测HPV基因型的分型。结果:HPV感染检出率55.67%,且随着宫颈癌前病变程度加重而增加。结论:HPV感染水平会随着宫颈病变程度的增加逐渐升高。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of HPV virus infection in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:30 cases of patients with cervical disease were treated,and the genotyping of HPV genotypes was detected.Results:The detection rate of HPV virus infection was 55.67%,and increased with the severity of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Conclusion:The level of HPV virus infection will increase gradually with the severity of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
