摘 要:试验旨在研究不同大豆源蛋白对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和养分消化率的影响。试验1选取(21±1)d杜×长×大断奶仔猪500头,采用完全随机设计分为5个组,每组5个重复,每个重复20头,各组分别饲喂两种大豆浓缩蛋白和三种豆粕源日粮;试验2选择(21±1)d杜×长×大断奶仔猪300头,采用完全随机设计分为3个组,每组5个重复,每个重复20头,各组分别饲喂三种豆粕源日粮,试验时间为21~57 d。结果显示:仔猪饲喂大豆浓缩蛋白日粮与豆粕型日粮对生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但大豆浓缩蛋白日粮显著降低了仔猪的腹泻率(P<0.05)。美国源豆粕较巴西和阿根廷源豆粕显著提高了平均日增重和饲料报酬(P<0.05)。大豆浓缩蛋白日粮较豆粕型日粮显著提高了仔猪粗蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05)。美国和巴西源豆粕较阿根廷源豆粕显著降低了仔猪腹泻率(P<0.05)。结果表明:日粮中用等量的大豆浓缩蛋白替代豆粕对断奶仔猪的生长性能无显著影响,但可以提高粗蛋白质的表观消化率和降低仔猪腹泻率。在本试验条件下,美国豆粕较巴西和阿根廷豆粕提高了仔猪的生长性能,降低了仔猪腹泻率。The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of soy protein concentrate(SPC)and soybean meal(SBM)from different origins in the diet on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of weanling pigs.This study included two trials.In experiment 1,five hundred weaning piglets were randomly allotted to five groups,and each with 5 replicates of 20 pigs.In experiment 2,three hundred weaning piglets were randomly allotted to three groups,and each with 5 replicates of 20 pigs.In phase I(21~49 d of age)one of five diets that differed in the soy protein source used.Two diets were based on SPC from USA or Brazil origin and the other three diets were based on SBM from USA,Brazil or Argentina origin.In phase II(49 to 57 d of age),all pigs received a common maize-SBM diet.In experiment 1,growth performance was similar for piglets fed diets containing SPC than for piglets fed diets containing SBM(P>0.05).In phase I,post-weaning diarrhea(PWD)was lower in pigs fed SPC than that in pigs fed SBM(P<0.05).The USA meal in diet improved average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05)and G:F ratio(P<0.01)compared with the Brazil and Argentina meals in diet.The coefficient of total tract apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)in pigs fed SPC was higher(P<0.05)than that in pigs fed SBM.In experiment 2,growth performance of the pigs was not affected by the soy product used(P<0.05),Pigs fed the USA and Brazil SBM had lower incidence(P<0.05)of PWD than pigs fed the Argentina SBM.No differences in the nutrient digestibility were detected between diets based on SPC and diets based on SBM,or between SPC origins but nutrient digestibility tended to be higher(P<0.10)for the USA than for the South American SBM.It was concluded that no significant difference was found in growth performance of piglets,when SBM was replaced by SPC in diets,while SPC could improve CP digestibility and decrease diarrhea.
