摘 要:目的探讨图像特征匹配方法编程实现鼻咽癌调强治疗摆位误差数据自动化识别。方法基于Matlab平台,根据调强治疗之前的图像获取工具(CBCT)摆位误差图像,利用特征匹配的方法编程,以实现误差数据和患者住院号的自动化识别。选取2017年10—11月接受治疗的鼻咽癌初诊患者45例。进行程序稳定性和精确性测试。结果程序运行结果经过逐例人工检查,住院号和摆位误差100%获得识别。每例病例平均运行时间约为0.25 s。结论利用本研究所编的程序,可以快速并准确地获取摆位误差及患者的住院号等数据。可以满足临床数据记录的要求。Objective To realize the automatic identification of setup error data in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by adjusting the image feature matching method.Methods Based on the Matlab platform,the error image and the inpatient number of the patient were automatically programmed according to the image acquisition tool(CBCT)before IMRT.Into the group selected from October 2017 to November,our hospital received treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in 45 cases of newly diagnosed patients.Perform program stability and accuracy testing.Results The results of the program run through a manual inspection,the hospital number and positioning error of 100%identified.The average run time per case is about 0.25 seconds.Conclusion Using the program compiled in this study,data such as setup error and patient's hospitalization number can be quickly and accurately obtained.Fully meet the clinical data record requirements.
