摘  要:利用非离子表面活性剂Tween 20/Span 20分散酞菁铜颜料,通过颜料润湿性及分散性测试,确定Tween 20/Span 20最佳复配质量比为7∶3,HLB值为14.27。随后,向表面活性剂溶液添加纤维素酶,通过颜料分散性测试表明Tween 20/Span 20和纤维素酶产生协同增强效应,二者最佳复配质量比为8∶2。利用红外及热重测试证明了Tween 20/Span 20和纤维素酶对颜料的表面改性,利用电导率、紫外和荧光测试分析了Tween 20/Span 20与纤维素酶之间的相互作用。The copper phthalocyanine pigment(CuPc)was dispersed by nonionic surfactants Tween 20/Span 20.By the tests of wettability and dispersity,the optimal mass ratio of Tween 20 and Span 20 was 7∶3,and the HLB value was 14.27.Subsequently,cellulase was added into the surfactant solution.The pigment dispersion test showed that Tween 20/Span 20 and cellulase produced synergistic enhancement effect,and the best mass ratio of Tween 20/Span 20 was 8∶2.The surface modification of CuPc by Tween 20/Span 20 and cellulase was confirmed by infrared and thermogravimetric analysis.The interaction between Tween 20/Span 20 and cellulase was analyzed by conductivity,UV and fluorescence spectrum,respectively.
