摘  要:采用DM-8931和烧碱进行还原清洗,研究清洗剂用量、超声波功率、清洗时间和清洗温度对耐皂洗色牢度的影响,优化超声波还原清洗的工艺条件。结果表明:清洗剂用量为2 g/L、烧碱用量为1.2 g/L、超声波功率为100 W、清洗时间为10~15 min、清洗温度为50~60℃时,耐皂洗色牢度达到最佳效果;与常规工艺进行对比,超声波还原清洗工艺时间短,温度低,效果好。The DM-8931 and caustic soda were used as reduction cleaning agent.The effects of dosage of additives,ultrasonic power,cleaning time and temperature on the color fastness to soaping was investigat.ed.The technological conditions of ultrasonic reduction cleaning were optimized.The results showed that un.der the conditions of additives dosage 2 g/L,caustic soda dosage 1.2 g/L,ultrasonic power 100 W,cleaning time 10~15 min,cleaning temperature 50~60℃,the color fastness to soaping was the best.Compared with the conventional technology,ultrasonic reduction cleaning process had the advantages of short time,low tem.perature and good effects.
