传统中药萃取物抗神经胶质瘤作用的研究进展

摘　　要：神经胶质瘤具有生长迅速、侵袭性强、复发率高及病死率高的特性。其常规治疗方法有手术切除、放化疗等。为了提高胶质瘤患者的存活率和生存质量,研究人员一直致力于减少化疗药物的不良反应,而传统中药由于较低的不良反应及较全面的抗肿瘤特性逐渐被用于基础及临床试验。随着医疗生物技术的进展,学者们从越来越多的中药中萃取出天然活性物质单体,它们中有很多被证实具有抗胶质瘤作用,如牛蒡子素、二氢臭椿苦酮、绿原酸等。这不仅拓宽了传统中药的应用前景,还为胶质瘤的研究及治疗提供了新思路。Gliomas are the most common and lethal tumors of the central nervous system,which are characterized by rapid growth,strong invasiveness,frequent postoperative relapse and high mortality.Although the standard treatments include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,patients with glioma have a five-year median survival rate of less than 5%.Much effort has been poured into decreasing toxicities or side effects of anticancer drugs aiming to improve life quality and lifespan,and traditional Chinese herbal medicine are emerging as an intriguing and viable choice because of its lower toxicities and coordinated intervention effects against tumor.With technological advancements,increasing natural active substances can be extracted from Chinese herbal medicine for the study of anti-gliomas,numerous studies have proved that the extractives such as arctigenin,2-dihydroailanthone,chlorogenic acid,have antiglioma effect,which provides new approaches for the study and treatment of gliomas as well as expanding the application prospect of the traditional Chinese medicine.
